The project requirement
Procurement teams need enough information to compare air-conditioning proposals on a consistent basis. We define the equipment condition, building use and actual requirement before proposing repair, retrofit or installation work.
An office block, factory administration wing and server room have different operating profiles. Occupancy, heat-producing equipment, ventilation supply and hours of use can materially affect the system selected. A nameplate alone rarely tells the whole story.
Assessment and technical decisions
The site review should establish existing unit type, duct or pipe arrangements, access to condensers, control requirements and reported failure history. Where a replacement is proposed, heat loads and suitability must be assessed rather than selecting equipment solely by the size of the old unit.

Manufacturing, repair and installation considerations
Quotation scopes should distinguish equipment supply, electrical interfaces, refrigerant work, controls, duct modifications, access equipment, commissioning and any maintenance handover. This makes exclusions clear and avoids surprises during installation.
Safety and system suitability
Refrigerant handling, electrical work and lifting operations require appropriate qualified personnel and safe procedures. No cooling capacity or performance guarantee can be made without equipment and building assessment.
Information needed for a quotation
Provide building plans if available, the rooms or processes served, photos of equipment labels, operating hours, current symptoms and any limitations on rooftop or plant-room access. Let us know whether work must be planned around occupants.
Long-term performance and handover
After installation, cleaning access and scheduled inspections can influence the operating cost. We explain relevant maintenance provisions and any future upgrade constraints as part of the project discussion.
A practical HVAC survey brief
An accurate commercial HVAC quotation requires more than the floor area. Occupancy, internal heat gains, building orientation, operating hours, fresh-air requirements and the condition of existing distribution systems can all influence the appropriate equipment and installation approach.
Where there is existing plant, record model details, maintenance history, fault symptoms, available electrical supply and access for replacement. Rooftop work may need lifting plans, weather protection and coordination around the building's normal operations.
To help us scope an enquiry, provide the site address, building use, affected spaces, available plans and the required programme. Equipment selection and any mandatory refrigerant or electrical work must be completed by appropriately qualified personnel.

Equipment and operating considerations
Good HVAC quotations depend on more than the requested number of indoor units. We need the building layout, occupancy, heat sources, desired temperature control, power availability and practical routes for condensate and services. A replacement project should also examine whether existing equipment failed because of a capacity mismatch, poor airflow or an unresolved building issue. We can discuss staged installation where business continuity is important. Equipment selections and any regulated technical work remain subject to on-site verification and appropriately qualified personnel.
